Vyam ERP acts as a platform for gym management. We collect information to facilitate account registration, payment processing, and smooth check-ins:

Gym Owners: Name, business name, registration details, email address, phone number, location, and payment gateway information.
Gym Members: Name, phone number, email address, membership packages, check-in history, and package payment status as entered by gym staff or verified through check-ins.
Usage Data: Device information, browser type, IP address, and platform usage metrics to help troubleshoot and improve Vyam ERP services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process data based on legitimate business operations, execution of our service agreement, and platform support:

To initialize and manage gym portals and render custom website interfaces.
To facilitate secure member check-in verification via digital logs.
To process transaction data through integrated local payment partners in Nepal (such as eSewa and Khalti).
To send critical notification alerts, registration details, and platform updates.
To identify system issues, secure data against abuse, and resolve bugs.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We respect your privacy. Vyam ERP does not sell, lease, or rent customer or member information to third-party advertisers. Data is shared only under specific circumstances:

With Gym Entities: Member registration details, check-ins, and membership purchases are shared exclusively with the respective gym you are registered to.
Payment Gateways: Minimum required transactional info is securely forwarded to payment processors to complete digital checkouts.
Legal Compliance: If required by Nepalese law enforcement agencies or under valid administrative requests.

4. Data Retention & Protection

We keep your information as long as your account is active, or as necessary for legal bookkeeping and auditing purposes. We run regular security audits, encrypt data at rest, and transmit information over secure HTTPS layers to defend against unauthorized system breaches.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on whether you are a gym owner or member, you have options to check, update, or ask for the deletion of your account records. Members can request account updates or removals directly through their gym administration or by writing to Vyam support at support@vyam.local.
